So here’s how it works:
Use the “quantity” function on this page to buy one bracket or as many brackets as you want for $25 each.
When you are happy with your number of brackets selected “add to cart” and you will see a little shopping cart pop up on your screen. click on that cart before you leave the website and you will need to check out (using a Credit Card, Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal) to finalize your inclusion in the tournament.
After you have checked out, you will get a confirmation email that will include a link to the Bracket and a password that will give you access to our Greek Alumni March Madness tournament to make your picks!
The window of opportunity to join the tournament ends around March 15th (I believe), so if you want to be included…don’t wait until the last second. We will post updates on the Greek Alumni page periodically.
Some rules and general information:
the pot will be generated using 50% of the overall registration donations or $500…whichever is less.
The overall winner of the bracket will be contacted after the tournament is over, and the winnings sent as a check or PayPal transfer after the event concludes.
If one of our group members happens to win the overall tourney and the $25K prize…that would be amazing, and we will do what we can to assist as needed.
If you want to pay by Venmo
1. Open Venmo.
2. Click at the bottom of the screen, “Pay/Request” (the blue “V’ button)
3. Use the search box at the top of the page and type in “Bloomsburg Greeks”
4. Our group should show up as a Charity.
5. Click that, and send $25 bucks for each bracket you want to buy.
6. Type in the memo “Greek bracket”
